Emma. I guess us parents did pretty well too, getting everything together and pulling off two consecutive trips away from home that were each one week plus a weekend on Long Island. We adults can handle that; we can plan and put up with and suffer through what we need to, knowing what awaits us but babies will let you know if they do not approve of their present situation. And Emma hardly had a bad thing to say about our hectic vacation. :)
Emma slept on the flights to Canada after wearing herself out zooming around the airport, meeting travelers and trying to climb on their luggage. She brought a lot of cheer to others going through security and waiting to board planes.
I have a picture of me holding a sleeping Emma from most of the flights we have taken. She's a travel champ. Also, our flights were lined up perfectly in her schedule and she was happy to take her snoozes at the usual times.
The first two nights we stayed at Babcia's, the second day we had dinner at Szymanski's where Emma played in the fountains, danced and charmed everyone. They we moved to Uncle Johnny's. Also completed this visit was a trip to the Leg' and Osborne village, dinner with my mom's side at the Forks, visit with Grandma Shirley, we went to Assiniboine park with my dad and to Kildonan with Dad and Brett, visited Dziadzio Frank, and Stopped by Aunti Jodi's where Emma and Patrick went for a swim. There was a lot of perogie between all these highlights.
